The Manager of Education will lead the development function of the organization, providing for the mechanisms that will ensure Samaritan employees have the competencies required to successfully achieve the organizations mission, vision and values. The appropriate applicant for this position will be an experienced professional with at least (5) years background in educational program development, project management, and organizational development. A Bachelors Degree in a related position of study is required. This individual should have highly developed verbal and writing expertise, with the expertise to communicate effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.
